Cloud Cover

We've had the most beautiful spring, billowy clouds rolling thru

with scatterings of rainbows and sunspots.

The valley lights up like an emerald gem this time of year.

Areas of standing water remain, glistening and rippling in the wind.

Different Kind of Portrait

While outside sitting with the boys, it struck me that
this view is part still life (of clothes), part self portrait.

A personal landscape of colors, patterns, and stories.

Another form of an art-show-to-go and share.

Plus the fabrics are fun to photograph and sketch :).

 What can be better than a Sunday road trip

including a stop to Daynight Donuts?

 My favorites are frosting-filled, yep, creamy rich frosting.

Its even better tasting than it sounds.

 This is a mountain landscape I'm always happy to summit.

Or maybe ski down the side of this melt-in-the-mouth
coconut crumb.
