I have an amazing archive of Christmas cards from the
1880s thru the 1980s that I'm starting to catalog.
Most are Art Deco designs from the 1910s thru 1930s,
including these vibrant carolers...
Gallant sailing ships...
...and quirky homes a bit reminiscent of Dr. Seuss.
From the 1940s, inviting entryways to celebrate the holidays.
All are grouped by subject, from women over the century...
...to the timeless joy of candy. Some of my favorites will
pop up in blogs to come.
